Someone else did the pacman 3.5.0 blog post

Thanks Allan! I usually try to write up something on my blog, but he covered nearly all of what I wanted to say. So go read his post, and say thanks to all your friendly neighborhood pacman developers for their work. Especially when you upgrade and have those “wow, this is a LOT faster” thoughts.
